If Gautam Gambhir had a sore shoulder and could not be picked in the sixteen, should not the next choice in the 24 probables have had a better at the squad to Oz, than someone from outside the 24?
What impact will such a decision have on Chopra's career?! One act of selectorial stupidity (that of dropping Veeru) does not justify such contrivance.

John,
How come one Delhi batsmen replaces another?
Sehwag is a right choice to be as an opener in Australia.
Sam, if he is the right choice to open in Australia, then home come he wasn't good enough to be picked in the original 24?
may be to keep oz guessing....
Point John. Either he should have been playing all along...oir at least in the probables or Chopra gets a look in ahead.
Surprise? Dunno...but at elast the Australian fan club at 606 is popping over it. Somebody just played a prank on them...think it is DBV with his jack-in-the-box. For that's what Sehhwag's been reduced to. Anyway, here's wishing him all the best...I'd like to see him succeed grandly.
Me too, Soulberry. Nothing would be better for India than that. And Test cricket in general too..
But justice should not only be done, but must be seen to be done also, right?
Uncle, the 24 probables was farcial on selectors part. The biggest mistake DBV and co did was to drop Sehwag on his ODI form from the Test team. The harsh truth is he had just one bad series against SA last year and a relatively poor series against England ......
